Innovator of PABSMC Chapter

On the Heels of those that have gone before us....

"We Ride", "We Educate" and "We Remember"

The legacy of the 9th and 10th Buffalo Soldier's Horse Cavalry is one that help laid the foundation and removed barriers for future African American military personnel. The proud history of these trail blazers, is one that is unmatched in American and World History. They paved the way and set the standard for dedicated service to this country and inspired future African American military personnel who followed in their footsteps. So take the time to understand and raise your awareness and knowledge of these courageous American Heroes, and how they played a major role in shaping the country we call America. Let's never forget the chapter that they created in American History......... We (PABSMC) are here to support and raise the awareness of the 9th & 10th Buffalo Soldier's Horse Cavalry... Feel free to contact us for more information on the PABSMC and the service we provide to the community...

The PABSMC Objectives

The PABSMC is concerned with the education and guidance of young people of all backgrounds, with special emphasis on the youth-at-risk population and we do this by establishing a no non-sense military environment lead by caring adults.

Providing support and guidance, the PABSMC will be known as an organization that is dedicated to building character by supplying a supervised outlet where youth can strengthen their minds, bodies and spirits in a highly disciplined environment.

All service from the PABSMC has incorporated the history of the 9th & 10th Buffalo Soldier's Horse Cavalry and the 24th & 25th Infantry with military bearing. The capability for mentoring youth is a particularly unique feature enjoyed by the PABSMC and our clients. We must continue to focus efforts on prevention and early interventions for our youths, which will help build strong and safer communities.

Overall, we believe that our services will continue to be viable in the community for generations to come and that the PABSMC future planning and service-related activities will ensure a strong presence in the City of Philadelphia and the State of Pennsylvania.
